A Great place for a business lunch or client meeting.

I just wanted to take a minute and speak about the wonderful food and service and Mere Bulles.  After a long sale and training meeting, a group of agents and I decided to stop in and have a late lunch.  Though they have valet parking we found spot right up front and waiting only minutes to have a table set for us.  Feeling a need to remember the Atlantic Coast, I started with the Charleston She Crab Bisque and it was as always excellent.  This just made may want more amazing crab, so I order the crab cake salad and was not disappointed.  It was a quick meal with friends but what a phenomenal setting to conduct business or have a special date.  The service likewise lived up to the menu.  My glass was never empty and every request was greeted with a smile.

As a small business person, I just wanted to give a compliment.  We often read about the bad things that happen but rarely get a story on the everyday happy guy.  So here is my happy story for the day, call, stop by or have Mere Bulles cater you next meal or event. http://merebulleslibrary.com/

What a ride with Grand Avenue and RE/MAX Elite

I just wanted to brag on an awesome company that helped my team out recently.  RE/MAX Elite received an email from our regional office about a RE/MAX presents social media training event with Jeremy Blanton of http://www.210consulting.com abroad the Southern Belle riverboat in Chattanooga, TN.  We decided we wanted to make the event special or at least very easy for our real estate agents to attend so we decide to ride in style.  That is where http://www.grandavenueworldwide.com comes into the picture.  Melinda answered the phone and asked me several questions to help identify exactly the size, type, and style vehicle we needed, we did not want to just show up, we wanted to ARRIVE!  Jason the driver showed up on the day of the event and could not have been more attentive. He was at the door, explained all the services, asked about music and video and he even helped a few Realtors charged their phones.  You know we do seem to be on the phone a lot.  He drove us safely to the event and even asked if we should check our reservation as we seemed to slow in some never ending road construction.  On the return trip, he navigated us through a wicked storm that dropped 6 inches of rain in the Nashville area.  All to bring us safely back to our Brentwood office.

I just wanted to send out a Big THANK YOU to the Grand Avenue team, from another guy in the service of people, you guys know how to make a great ride.

Buyer Beware

It seems today's buyers may still be little slow even with all the internet tools. A buyer called me to see a property. As I pulled the home up on one of my search sites to check the status, it was already under contract. This has happen twice this week but I did see a trend. These buyers were searching on their own and only calling me when they found the property. This is where I think or know that Realtors and real estate agents have an advantage. They see the property coming on the market a fraction sooner than the public. That fraction makes all the difference. It's just like the Kentucky Derby, when a horse wins by a nose, they still take home all the roses. If you and other buyers you know want that advantage, call me Andy Brown with RE/MAX Elite or one of my agents today.
